About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and inquisitive Padawan to join our growing IT Channel team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone at the beginning of their journey in the technology distribution and partner ecosystem.

You will work closely with experienced Channel Managers and Vendor Specialists, learning how the IT channel operates — from partner engagement and deal registration to product positioning and commercial coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in channel sales, vendor management, or distribution operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Channel Managers in day-to-day partner communications

  • Assisting with deal registration and pipeline tracking

  • Coordinating with vendors and distributors on pricing and availability

  • Preparing partner quotations and commercial documentation

  • Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records

  • Conducting basic market and competitor research

  • Supporting webinars, partner briefings, and internal training sessions


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A genuine interest in technology and the IT channel ecosystem

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and spreadsheets

  • Willingness to learn from senior team members and take constructive feedback

Previous experience in IT sales, distribution, or customer service is desirable but not essential.
